Intake Process
Completion of all paperwork, insurance cards, Consent to treatment, and releases of information.

Nursing Assessment and History and physical
Each patient will be examined by the nurse and by the medical provider to determine if the patient has any life threatening illnesses or diseases in addition to the addiction. Blood work will be taken and sent to the laboratory for the findings. An initial urinalysis will be collected to determine any health issues and to discover the drugs of abuse.

Assessments
The Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment will be administered by a licensed clinician. The patient will complete a self-reporting assessment of the individuals' lifestyle and the family or significant other will complete a Family Assessment.

Ambulatory Detoxification
Individuals requiring medical detoxification will enter the Partial Hospitalization Program and receive both medical care and will participate in group therapy, individual therapy and family therapy.

IOP
Upon completion of this phase, the individual will transfer to IOP or Outpatient Groups along with continued Individual Therapy and Family Therapy.
